Saving Project...

Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Morganfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of 8 competition-size pickleball courts within one complex at Morganfield City Park in Morganfield, Kentucky. Play surface will be constructed of a cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete slab on-grade with pickleball court sport court surfacing/striping, in-ground mounted nets and posts, chain link fencing, in-ground mounted pre-engineered shade canopies, concrete sidewalks, sport court lighting, new electrical service for sport court lighting, and moveable benches. The Contract Documents, including technical specifications and drawings, may be examined at the following locations: Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc. 2301 McCracken Boulevard Paducah, Kentucky 42001 All questions shall be directed to Kenny McDaniel (kmcdaniel@bfwengineers.com) and Amanda Farmer (afarmer@bfwengineers.com) at BFW in writing via email by Thursday, August 29, 2024, 4:00 p.m. local time. The Owner shall reserve the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
