Renovation of a fire / police facility in Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Supply and installation of all foundation and site work for Phase 1 construction of the proposed fire station as indicated within the drawing package and specifications. .2 All site work within the construction limits of Phase 1 as outlined on Drawing C2 (Site Plan) and as indicated in the specifications. .3 Supply and installation of a new septic system by a licensed installer as per layout and details indicated on Drawing C5. .4 Removal and decommissioning of the existing septic tank and leach field as indicated on Drawing C5. .5 Supply and installation of all concrete footings, walls and piers as indicated on the foundation drawings. .6 Supply and installation of all anchor bolts as indicated on the foundation drawings. .7 Supply and installation of all rigid insulation around perimeter of the concrete foundation walls as indicated on the foundation plans.
