The undersigned agrees that the amounts bid in this Bid Proposal will not be withdrawn or modified for Ninety (90) Days following date of Bid Proposal opening, or such longer period as may be agreed to in writing by the Fort Bend County ESD No. 4 and the Bidder. The Proposer shall secure and submit with Bid Proposal Form a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount. The Successful Bidder is required to enter into the Standard Form of Agreement (AIA Document 201) and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of One Hundred (100) Percent of the Contract Price, along with all required insurance in the stated amounts within Ten (10) Days of the Notice of Award.
