Electrical work for existing bathhouse renovation and rehabilitation including wiring, lighting, devices and controls. Prior to award, OPRHP reserves the right to seek clarifications, request proposal revisions, or to request any information deemed necessary for proper evaluation of proposals from all Bidders deemed to be eligible for Contract award. Failure of a bidder to cooperate with OPRHP's effort to clarify a proposal may result in the proposal being labeled as non-responsive and be given no further consideration Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. Protests must be received by the Designated Contact no later than five (5) business days after a debriefing or ten (10) business days after the written notice of selection or non-selection for contract award, whichever is later.
