Reference number: 20013313 Deadline for receipt of complaints - 2024-08-28 Expected contract duration without options (in months) - 12 Concept Design, Construction and Commissioning of a Reception Building - Rupert Site; corner of Route 167 and Route North. Coordinates: 50*00' 05,34' N / 74*10' 19.38' O. A design-build contract will be awarded to a single contractor (or consortium) by Nibiischii Corporation. This turnkey contract includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing building, design, construction, supply of labor and all materials and equipment required to commission the new reception building, for a total lump-sum price not to exceed $2,735,000 plus applicable taxes. Any bid exceeding the amount of $2,735,000 (plus taxes) will be automatically rejected without being analyzed. The Nibiischii Corporation does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and shall not incur any liability, or have to assume, any costs of any kind with respect to the bidders.
