Cope of Services The City is Inviting Bids for the Design, Manufacture, Deliver and Provide Technical Advising / Commissioning Supervision of 35mva / 69kv Power Transformers for Willow Substation for the City of Burbank Water and Power (Bwp) Department, in Accordance With All Terms as Stated in the Technical Specification Spec-2024-03, Bidder's Quotation Sheets and General Conditions as Part of Request for Quotation No. 2024-018. Bids or Forms Not Received by the Deadline Will Deem the Bidder Non-responsive and Disqualify the Bidder.
