SANTA MARIA SPORTS COMPLEX PROJECT In general, the work consists of grading, irrigation, landscaping, electrical improvements, hardscape, restroom and playground installation and all work required to fulfill the intent of the Plans and Specifications for the project and necessary to render the facility complete and operational. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids as the best interests of the City may dictate and, to the extent permitted by law, waive any irregularity in any bid.
