Only those plan holders registered with the City of Bullhead City will receive any modification to the plans, specifications and bid documents and any notices that are issued during bidding. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bulhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or al responses or parts thereto. Project Description: The project consists of closure of existing Merrill Avenue intersection with State Route 95 (SR) 95, new Merrill Avenue intersection aligned north of existing location, installing a new traffic signal, widening of SR 95 to provide right turn lanes at the new intersection and driveway locations, water and sewer improvements. The work will consist of removal of existing pavement, curbing, sidewalk, new pavement, grading and drainage, sidewalk, vertical curb/gutter, ADA sidewalk ramps, signing, pavement marking, traffic signal equipment, street lighting, electrical conduit, water line, sewer line, and landscape irrigation in Bullhead City, Arizona. The work associated with the driveways and right turn into the driveways will be itemized separately, and includes curbing, pavement, drainage, traffic control, signing, marking, utility, and lighting.
