The Town of Kitty Hawk is seeking qualified contractors to install a paved access drive at its future Police Department building. Attached you will find a Request for Proposals, which identifies the project anticipated to be undertaken by the Town of Kitty Hawk during the contract period. This is an informal bid. Firms mailing responses should allow delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals. The responsibility for getting the response to the Town of Kitty Hawk's Purchasing Agent on or before the specified date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the responding firm. The Town will not be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence.
