Elevator Service and Maintenance. All other questions, to include specifications or technical information, please post your questions online. It is the City's intention to award this contract so that it begins with Fiscal Year 2025 (01 October 2024). The bid award shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award providing that funds are available. Prices quoted shall remain in effect for that period. The City of Dothan reserves the right to extend this contract for additional one (1) year periods as allowable by State Law which is currently three (3) years total. The City of Dothan also reserves the right to award this bid in whole or in part. Contract pricing adjustments will not be considered for fuel price fluctuations. Fuel surcharges will not be paid under this contract Bids are to be submitted with a detailed scope of maintenance services and all terms and conditions. A copy of the proposed contract shall be included. The following Terms and Conditions, as well as, state specifications are the minimum requirements and will be a part of the contract.
