Demolition, site work and renovation of a military facility in Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
This acquisition is a Competitive 8(a) set-aside for all SBA regions. The solicitation involves work that contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), requiring contractors to demonstrate satisfactory compliance with NIST SP 800-171A security requirements before receiving solicitation documents. The estimated Period of Performance is from January 5, 2025, to February 4, 2028. Bids may now be submitted electronically via DoD SAFE, and previous restrictions on electronic submissions have been removed. Government responses to offeror questions will be delayed until the Government shutdown ends, and bidders are advised not to make travel arrangements for the bid opening until answers are posted. Restrictions regarding foreign bidders may apply. Funds are not currently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funding is secured; the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement for costs incurred by offerors. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
