This project consists of the Swimming Pool Rehabilitation and New Splash Deck for the Park District of the City of Wishek. This project includes several schedules This schedule includes renovations of the existing 130í x 40í concrete pool by removing the existing decks, fences, filtration system, concrete gutters and deck equipment. The improvements will include a new stainless steel perimeter gutter system, new 425 gpm high rate sand filtration system, new backwash disposal system, new PVC pool tank liner, new deck equipment the relocation and conversion of the existing pool heater, new chemical feed systems, new 20í x 30í concrete equipment area with a 8í chain link fence enclosure, new concrete decks with a deck drain system, new perimeter chain link fence, new water and sewer services with street repair, new electrical service and miscellaneous items for complete installation. Installation of Owner provided splash deck features including the concrete foundations and the concrete for a 2500 SF splash deck, install an Owner provided manifold system with feature controller, with installation of an Owner provided water treatment system, installation of an Owner provided chemical feed system, install an Owner provided 4000-gallon storage tank with connection fittings, provide and install a 48î strainer MH with internal piping, provide and install all the supply and return piping for the operation of the splash deck, install the concrete decks around the splash deck , install the retaining wall around the splash deck, provide the necessary electrical service installation and miscellaneous items for complete installation to make the splash deck operational. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder Bond in a separate envelope in the amount of five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in North Dakota. If the Principal bid is accepted by the Park District of the City of Wishek and the contract awarded, the principal, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award, will be required to execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the principal bid and any requirements and conditions of the Owner. The work is to commence upon a date to be specified by the OWNER, notice of which will be given to the successful bidder ten (10) days in advance of the start of construction. The Contractor will be required to commence construction and complete all of the work for the project by May 27, 2026. The OWNER retains the right to reject any or all of the bids submitted and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold all bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from said date of opening and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from said date of bid opening.
