Renovation of an educational facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northwestern Polytechnic is relocating its electrical trades programming into the main building on our Grande Prairie Campus. This project involves renovating M-Wing for the build out of new electrical labs. This tender is for the mechanical and electrical trades scope. It is important to note that this scope has previously been tendered by our Construction Manager, Chandos Construction, outside of a public bid process. Given the dollar value of the bids received, we are re-tendering the opportunity. There were three previously issued addendums that are included in the documents package for review.
