At Approximately 8,640 Gsf of Conditioned Space and a 672 S.f. Mechanical Yard. The Stand-alone Center is to Serve Emergency Operations Personnel and First Responders During Severe Weather Events and Catastrophic Events. The Construction Budget (Including Site Development) is $7.25 Million. The Selected Certified General Contracting Firm Will Provide General Contracting Services for the Complete Construction for the Referenced Project. Project Consists of Any Work That May Be Reasonably Inferred From the Construction Documents and Specifications as Being Required to Produce the Intended Result and Construction of the Stated Building. The Wakulla County Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities in Any Bid; Reject Any or All Proposals, in Whole or in Part; Re-bid a Project, in Whole or in Part; and to Accept a Proposal That in Its Judgment is the Lowest and Best Bid of a Responsible Bidder.
