All Bid Guarantees Shall Be Accompanied by an Executed Consent From an Approved Surety Company, Licensed to Conduct Business in the State of New Jersey, Agreeing to Furnish the Required Performance and Maintenance Bond Upon the Award of Contract. The work for this contract consists of Sanitary Sewer Lining improvements, as shown on the plans, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization. 2. Sanitary Sewer Pipe pre-rehabilitation video inspection. 3. Sanitary Sewer Pipe post-rehabilitation video inspection. 4. Manhole lining, if and where directed. 5. Resetting manholes using new waterproof casting. 6. Resetting manholes using existing casting. 7. Raising manhole #8 by 1'. 8. Raising manhole #3 by 3' and reconstructing 6'x6' vault. 9. Raising manhole #4 by 8' and reconstructing 3'x3' vault. 10. Sanitary Sewer lining and bypass pumping, if and where directed. 11. Sanitary Sewer cleaning and debris disposal. 12.
