CR Number: 2112838 OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Bernard Fineson DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform residential and campus generator maintenance and repair services. This is a full-service maintenance contract to include all parts and labor. Emergency repair service is to be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contractor will respond and report to emergencies within 4 hours of receiving notice. For questions about the location of the site visit only, potential Bidders may call (718)-722-6793 or (929) 204-0103. Failure to attend the mandatory site visit will result in bid disqualification. Three professional references attesting to at least three years of comparable, relevant experience for the bidder or its principals is required. Contractor shall provide all applicable insurances. A Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. All sites included on the cost proposal form must include a bid to be considered for award and serviced by the winning bidder. Prevailing wage will apply. Overnight delivery can take a minimum of two (2) business days to be received by OPWDD. Bidders mailing their responses must allow sufficient mail delivery time to ensure receipt of their proposals by the Bid Opening Date listed on the cover page. Do not depend upon an expedited, "early AM," or similar delivery service to timely deliver to OPWDD.
