The Purchasing Department of the Pasadena Independent School District ("PISD" or the "School District" or the "District") is conducting this procurement to establish a contract. The Initial Term of the prospective contract is a period of three years. The maximum duration of any contract resulting from this procurement is a total of three years, running from the date of execution of the contract by the authorized representative of the School District. No contract shall be executed until it has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees of the School District ("Board") in a duly called and posted meeting of the Board. This contract can be accessed on an "as needed" basis from a list of contracts that have been competitively bid and awarded with qualified, high performance vendors based on the selection criteria set forth herein. Vendors are requested to submit an online response offering their total line of available products and services that are commonly purchased by school districts and other public, notfor-profit agencies and organizations. Product(s) considered for award shall equal or exceed the technical, environmental and performance standards and specifications as defined within this RFP and further described in the scope and specification section. The good(s) or service(s) to be purchased under the awarded contract, if any, may be of indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity (IDIQ). Initial Contract Period November 1, 2024 - October 31, 2027 A vendor may be disqualified before or after the responses are unsealed, upon evidence of collusion with the intent to defraud, or evidence of intent to perform other illegal activities for the purpose of obtaining an unfair competitive advantage. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Questions regarding the requirements specified in this solicitation must be submitted within the PISD online. PISD will not answer verbal questions; any responses to a prospective vendor's questions will be posted within the PISD online. PISD reserves the right to reject any and/or all responses, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the School District. PISD further reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate modifications in any terms of a proposed vendor's response or any parts thereof.
