The deadline to ask questions is 9/03/2024 2:00 PM CST Scope of Project: Construction to include but not limited to Demolition and disposal of existing diesel gas generator including foundation, fuel containment structure, and all appurtenances after service rollover; Installation of one (1) natural gas generator with sound attenuating enclosure including but not limited to foundation, raised worker platform, load bank, and gas meter; Removal and replacement of existing main electrical service, automatic transfer switch (ATS), surge protector, weatherhead, and meter, in kind; Removal and reinstallation of control panel awning as needed. Complete in Place. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities in compliance with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and all Bids and bid securities must be submitted through online. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
