Reference number: 20013454 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-08-26 Redevelopment of Parking Lot at 201 Place Charles-Le Moyne, Longueuil (Québec) J4K 2T5 SQI is issuing a public call for tenders for construction work on the complete redevelopment of the site, including installation of new infrastructure, paving on certain parcels of land, new paving in the parking lot, installation of a new covered bicycle shelter, installation of a drainage water retention reservoir, widening of the driveway and installation of electrical conduits in anticipation of the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. The work must be carried out prior to street widening by the City of Longueuil. The work required under this call for tenders must be fully completed within 10 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction vacations and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date stipulated in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company.
