Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Belleville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a 103,781-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Crackfill, SealCoat, curb painting, and striping of approximately 103,781 square feet of paved area, and approximately 285 parking spaces,8 handicap. It also includes all striping of crosswalks, direction lines, handicap stalls. at above address known as College Metro Link station. 1) Clean lot and all drive areas of debris prior to start of project. 2) Remove all debris from cracks prior to filling them with hot pour rubberized crack filler. 3) Apply two coats of sealcoating (see attachment) Sealmaster pmm ultra plus or approved equal. 4) Reinstall all pavement markings using the existing layout. Stripping paint to be an oil base paint or approved equal. Handicap stalls to be laid out and marked in compliance with ADA regulations 5) All curbing to be painted yellow 6) All work to be performed during normal hours. 7) Work should be completed in 3 phases to minimize the inconvenience of Metro's patrons. This solicitation is issued by Bi-State Development (BSD) to provide crack filling, seal coating, curb painting, and restriping of approximately 103,781 square feet of paved area and approximately 285 parking spaces. The project also includes all striping of crosswalks, direction lines, and handicap stalls.
