Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; parking garage; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project will consist of abatement of asbestos panels at parapet walls and the complete removal of existing modified bitumen roof system and insulation down to existing deck, new insulation board and single ply roofing system with associated flashings, counter-flashings, parapet caps, etc. Question Deadline 08/26/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation, clarification or interpretation of the solicitation must make a written request to Smith County Purchasing at purchasing@smit Notice to Proceed will be issued after construction of adjacent parking garage is completed and the Annex's east parking lot has been returned to service. Completion of the parking garage is anticipated in mid-October, 2024.
