All questions or concerns regarding the RFP should be submitted in writing via e-mail to Jimmy Pitman at mary@locklearconsulting.com, prior to 5:00 PM on Friday, September 6, 2024, NO OTHER VERBAL OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SHALL BE BINDING ON THE COUNTY. All addendums will be listed on the county website. The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary for the removal and replacement of two double-barrel 24" reinforced concrete pipes (RCPs). The bid shall be for the removal and replacement of the RCPs, backfilling pipe bedding, subbase LBR 40, base LBR 100, and asphalt structure course.
