**As of September 13, 2024, project was awarded to UTILITY SERVICES GROUP LLC, but awarded amount is not available.** Erie St Curb Replacement Each bid shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the President and Secretary. Each bidder shall require a Certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served. Scope of Work All work shall be performed as indicated on plans and specification and include every aspect of work as obvious or implied and necessary to make work complete and fully operational. The general scope of work for this project is as follows: a. Install curbing per plan. b. Repour driveways per plan. c. Fill in sinkholes stated on plan. d. Grade, seed and mulch areas affected. All questions must be made in writing and emailed to Adam Stout, PE at adam.stout@parkersburgwv.gov
