The Northcentral Technical College District is currently soliciting bids for site improvements at the Wausau Campus, located at 1000 W. Campus Dr., Wausau, WI. No proposal shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the amount bid, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Northcentral Technical College reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. The ENGINEER may designate another entity as the contact regarding BIDDERS questions. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
