Establish a subcontract to provide maintenance and repair services for the Jefferson Lab kitchen equipment found in the Lab’s CEBAF Center Building (Building 12). The Subcontractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supplies required to provide quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM or repair) services for the kitchen equipment as defined in the attached RFQ. The offeror (bidder) shall furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment, such as a bid bond, postal money order, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or, under Treasury Department regulations, certain bonds or notes of the United States Performance Bond: The penal sum of the performance bond shall equal one hundred percent (100%) of the subcontract price. Payment Bond: The penal sum of the payment bond shall equal one hundred percent (100%). The amount of the payment bond must be no less than the amount of the performance bond. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the RFQ by amendment at any time prior to the source selection decision Question Deadline 08/20/2024 Any questions related to the RFP/RFQ must be in writing and should be sent by email or by fax to the attention of the Procurement Officer or mailed to the Procurement Office business address. For expediency, email is highly preferred
