The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking qualified vendors to provide quotes in order to procure a (200-foot) Reusable Noise-Reducing, Temporary Modular Height Adjustable Wall Panel System. The respondent acknowledges and accepts that any cost incurred from the respondent's participation in this RFQ shall be the sole risk and responsibility of the respondent. Initially the wall system will be configured as a (3) wall construction surrounding with (2) sets of pairs, 3'-0' hinged doors, (double door opening) as per "Exhibit A" (depicted on page 9 & 10 of this RFP). The wall panel system must also: - be quickly reconfigurable, reusable, and sustainable. - be capable of being reconfigured such as being divided into two (2) equal 100-foot (4) wall standalone construction surrounds for smaller projects. - be quick and easy to install with as little as two people. - be engineered to provide durability and to protect sensitive occupied areas from the disruption of renovation. - include carpet or tile floor bottom seals. - include a ceiling Grid Attachment kit. - include 2 sets of pairs of 3'-0" doors, hinged (double doors) as shown in (Exhibit A), full gasketing and brushes for air and dust seal, self-closing. - include 2 each, additional 54" hinged doors (framed and hardware) full gasketing and brushes for air and dust seal for smaller footprint projects, self-closing. - include 2 each, electronic keypad combo and with key core lock. *** Bidders must provide wheeled, storage cart(s) with modular wall system for easy storage and transportation of the complete wall system. Carts with wall system must fit through a standard 3'.0' hinged doorway.
