The City of Richmond is soliciting bids from qualified Bidders with demonstrated experience general contracting services that include, but are not limited to drainage improvements, clearing and grubbing, asphalt placement, sidewalk, curb and gutter, erosion and sediment control, pedestrian signals, traffic signals, signage and pavement marking, landscaping, water main, and earthwork spanning from Westover Hills Boulevard to Hopkins Road in an old CSX roadway bed solicited by this IFB for the Department of Public Works. Pre-Bid Conference:See solicitation documents for optional prebid/proposal conference/site visit f any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation to the Department of Procurement Services, 900 E. Broad Street Room 1104, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery by Thursday, September 5, 2024 5:00 pm.
