Peru Golf Course Irrigation System Replacement The City of Peru is proposing to construct a new golf course irrigation system at Peru Golf Course located at 1863 Straw town Pike, Peru, IN 46970. The work consists of but is not limited to installation of all sprinklers, pipe, wire, fittings, valves, and controls for a new golf course irrigation system in accordance with the plans and specifications provided in the bid documents. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by an Indiana State Form 4391(R4 /1-00) Non-Collusion Affidavit, Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to the City of Peru along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. The City of Peru reserves the right to reject any and ail bids for any cause whatsoever, and to accept any bid which it may deem to be in the best interest of the City
