Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for Fire Sprinkler and Fire Pump Maintenance and Repair Services. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by Group. A bidder may bid on any one Group; however, bidder must bid on all line items within the Group. Refer to Special Instructions for additional information. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Ownership Disclosure: Broward County is collecting entity ownership information for Vendors. This is for informational purposes only and the data will be used for Broward County's research on possible contracting opportunity disparities. The forms will be maintained separately from all other records of this solicitation and will be accessible only by authorized personnel. The information provided will not be used in determining whether the Vendor will receive a contract award.
