Renovation of a civil project in Springtown, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of design improvements of the Surface Water Treatment Plant, which includes two (2) new pumps, one (1) new Trident Unit, and upgrades to the electrical equipment and controls. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within 15 days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to Owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. The City of Springtown reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days from date on which bids are opened.
