Bidders must complete and submit the Experience in Asphalt Paving (Form No. 850-070-01) with the bid as an attachment or the bid may be deemed non-responsive. Award will be made at the Department Advertised Estimate Amount of $255,000.00. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
