SCOPE OF WORK Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Grapevine Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Scale Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. CHP Grapevine CVEF - 32829 Interstate 5, Lebec, CA 93243 Question Deadline 09/03/2024 Bidders shall submit questions via email to LISA JOHNSONat Lisa.johnson@chp.ca.gov. License Requirements: Contractor State License Board (CSLB) California State License Board - C61/D21 - Machinery and Pumps. the tentative low bidder is not a certified DVBE or small/micro business, a bid preference up to five percent (5%) is available to a responsive non-small business claiming twenty-five percent (25%) small business subcontractor participation with one or more small businesses. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2027.
