A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed under this project generally consists of the construction of a pre-engineered, pre-manufactured building that is prefabricated to include doors, lighting, electrical, and HVAC equipment. The building shall also include all piping, valves, flow meter, backflow preventer, and other appurtenances, to be installed by the Contractor. The project includes yard piping, concrete building foundation, concrete driveway and sidewalk, gravel driveway, sitework, electrical, and controls. The work shall include all civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and structural work required therein. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified cashier's check or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the Stratmoor Hills Water District in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The Successful BIDDER will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount not less than 100% of the contract price.
