Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hampton, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Construct a shared-use path along the North Campus Parkway south of Commander Shepard Boulevard and install missing sidewalk sections along the North Campus Parkway and Floyd Thompson Drive, north of Commander Shepard Boulevard. This project is included in the city's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 13, 2025, per owner, Construction has not started and a date has not been set.
