New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in St. John's, Newfoundland. Design plans call for the construction of a 9,665-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of the Sport & Well-Being Air Dome in Kenmount Crossing (off Captain Prim Drive) and an attached auxiliary building. The air dome will be approx 9,200 sq ft and the auxiliary building approx 465 sq ft. TIMELINE: Project is in design. At this time, no tenders have been publicly issued. Tender and construction timelines may be confirmed spring 2026. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
