General Description: Tenant improvement located on the 2nd floor of the Urey Hall building consisting of (2) new lab spaces, new kitchenette, restroom upgrades of 4,749 SF with installation of new walls, doors, windows, finishes, lab casework and equipment, along with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. There will also be modifications to the existing exterior storefront system to accommodate the lab space. As of February 4,2025, Construction is underway and near completion. All trades are let.
