Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Cleaning, pre-televising, and rehabilitation of 8-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer by cured-in-place pipe methods, including obstruction removals, point repairs, service reconnections, and post televising inspection. Repair and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes including cementitious lining, sealing of manhole walls and joints between the frame and top of wall, elimination of leakage at pipes and frames and installing water tight flow protectors. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of HARRIS COUNTY WCID NO.116 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract Question Deadline 08/26/2024
