Reference Number 0000360533 Henry Ford College hereby invites the submission of proposals from qualified and experienced Construction Management Firms to provide professional services for the construction of the Southeast Michigan Student Success Center (SEMSSC) and related renovations. Henry Ford College (College or HFC) seeks a Construction Management at Risk Firm (CMAR) to provide professional services for the Southeast Michigan Student Success Center Project (Project). The Project includes the construction of an approximately 91,000 square foot building, renovation of approximately 63,000 sq. ft. of existing space in Buildings A & B, renovation of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of existing space in Building D, and the demolition of two existing buildings (N and K) with a total of approximately 125,000 sq. ft. Proposal submittals shall remain in effect for a minimum of 120 days from proposal's due date and may be subject to further extensions as negotiated.
