Installation of Outdoor Stadium Lights for Recreation Complex located at 1201 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Georgia. This project will replace the old HID light bulbs and fixtures with new LED athletic field lighting, supports and accessories ("Project") at the Carroll County Recreation Complex (the "Complex"). Proposal Security: A Bid Bond shall be included in the response. The Bid Bond shall be payable to Carroll County in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Proposal Amount. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds: The accepted Contractor shall furnish a proper Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "B" covering the full amount of the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance of all work under the Contract and payment of all charges in connection therewith.
