Bid Package #3 includes interior demolition, masonry, casework, countertops, foundation dampproofing/waterproofing, foam insulation, roofing, metal panels, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, storefront/glazing, overhead/sectional doors, sound control door assemblies, framing/drywall/ceilings, flooring, polished concrete, painting, specialties, commercial kitchen equipment, residential appliances, window coverings, fire suppression, site concrete, site earthwork, utilities, asphalt paving, landscaping, fencing, playground equipment & surfacing, site furnishings, and athletic fields. All other trades have been previously awarded and are not open for bidding. Note: this project is tax-exempt. Bids WILL NOT be accepted unless accompanied by a completed bid form.
