BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes but not limited to the provision of Green Roof Plant Maintenance at three Regional Facilities MANADATORY REQUIREMENT(S): BID DEPOSIT Bidders shall submit a bid deposit in the amount of twenty thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to act as security for the satisfaction of the conditions of award Accommodations requests under AODA should be directed to York Region Procurement Office at 1-877-464-9675 EXT 71900 or email purchasing@york.ca Bidders will be required to sign the attendance. Please meet at the South main entrance of the building. Park in the visitor parking spots. Site meetings will not be available at any other time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the schedule time. Refer to RFT Particulars Section 1.4 for more information. This site visit is not mandatory but is recommended. Duration in months: 60 Question Deadline 09/05/2024 at 5:00 PM ET QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through electronically.
