HVAC Replacements - Cromwell Elementary School, Shrine School and Norris Achievement Academy All questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this bid must be emailed to Lisa Pasquarell, Pasquarelll@scsk12.org by 10:00 AM/CST on August 26, 2024. Questions must specifically reference the section of the Bid to which the question pertains. In order to prevent an unfair advantage to any respondent, all questions and answers will be posted as an addendum/Q&A on Procurements website on August 27, 2024 by EOD. Scope of Work The Designer may be requested to assist in providing a detailed scope of work to include due diligence specifically related to the project site. This due diligence shall require but not be limited to the following: 1. Boundary, Topographical & Utility Site Survey 2. Tree Density Survey 3. Preliminary Geotechnical Report 4. Primary Geotechnical Exploration Report 5. Phase 1/ Environmental Assessment Study 6. Traffic Impact Study 7. Historical & Archeological Property Survey 8. Protected Species Assessment 9. Wetland Delineation, Assessment, & Consultation Addendum #1-#5 have been issued as of 8-29-2024.
