Reference Number 0000360366 Through this ITB, Genesee County ("the County") is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the supply of Meeting Room Technology for the Genesee County Tower Building. Question Acceptance Deadline 08/28/2024 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Insurance Required The County is seeking a standard design for meeting rooms of 8-14 people that provides a video conferencing and collaboration solution, 10 (ten) rooms will receive a display, teams room device, and camera. 6 (six) locations will receive interactive boards. 30 (thirty) locations will receive displays only. Installation will be by County. Vendors can submit more than one design. Prior to bid award the vendor may be required to provide a demo of the equipment.
