Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Horseshoe Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Horseshoe Beach is requesting bid pricing from qualified firms to repair and or replace lighting at the Town Ball Park caused by Hurricane Debby. Re-use of the existing light poles is preferred and electrical requirements and modifications to other existing infrastructure will need to be coordinated with the Town representative. Town Ball Park located at 200 1st Ave E, Horseshoe Beach, FL 32648 The Contractor will be responsible to furnish all services, labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, and fees (if any) necessary to render the services according to the scope of services set forth during the term of this contract. The scope of the Contract may include, but not be limited to, the following: Light Fixtures Light mounts Light poles Outdoor (weather-proof) switches All wiring, connectors, fuses, conduit, junction boxes, couplings and any other materials necessary to mount lights and bury all wiring underground from power source to poles. The town of Horseshoe Beach Florida reserves the right to: waive any technicalities; reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, non-responsive, or which contain additions not allowed for; reject any and all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the utility.
