Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

This project has been cancelled. Project Scope: Exterior wall/foundation waterproofing of the gymnasium back wall. This shall include excavation, removal of, and installation of, new below grade waterproofing within designated areas as well as other above grade areas of water prevention. The set up and installation of 6 PVC roof drains and have them connect to other drains. All box drains will be concrete. The cleanup and removal of debris and trash. The area is seeded and strawed, as needed. The Citys goal is to contract and sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the total contract amount to Certified MWBEs on construction projects of $300,000 or more, or contracts of $100,000 or more that include any State funding. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Questions Deadline: Friday, August 30 th, 2024 by 4:00pm
