Renovation of a library in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,000-square-foot library.
The RFI deadline is September 5th 2024. Please submit RFIs to WestCoastFLCommercial@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. M/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. The project consists of an existing 38,000 SF Library including interior selective demolition of the interiors. The work includes: roofing, sealants, fireproofing, doors, frames & hardware, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, resilient and tile flooring, hard tile, carpeting, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, lockers, casework, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. [Alternate wording: Sealed Bids in envelopes properly identified with the Project name indicated above are due no later than the date and time prescribed, at the offices of Wharton-Smith, 5210 Hood Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. ] *Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project.
