Cotton Street MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Date: August 22, 2024 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 100 Grand Blvd. Longview, TX Additional information and/or specifications may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Department, 300 W. Cotton, Longview, Texas, or by calling 903-237-1322 or emailing purchasing@longviewtexas.gov. Specifications are also posted on the City of Longview's website: LongviewTexas.gov/Bids. All bids received at the above stated time and place will be publicly opened by the City staff in the at 300 West Cotton, Longview, Texas. All bidders may be present for the bid opening.
