2024 Water Improvements Project. The project basically consists of the following: Installation of approximately 2,900 LF of 6" diameter water main including valves, fittings, water service reconnections, fire hydrants and pavement repair within and along four City streets. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Henderson, Texas. The successful bidder or bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as well as proof of statutory worker's compensation insurance. The City of Henderson reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
