This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0140 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, DFARS change notice 07/29/2024 and DAFFARS 2024-0612. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors; size standard is $19M dollars. The PSC is N059 Installation of Equipment Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a current small business will not be considered for award. This requirement is for the removal of the existing VFD and the transportation and installation of a government-furnished VFD at Building 3820 on JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX.
