Reference Number 0000360575 The City of Yonkers, NY, seeks "Qualification Submissions" or "Proposals" from New York State licensed engineering consultants to complete a storm water management study for the Roberts Lane watershed, located in the northwest quadrant of the city. A flood and drainage analysis of the watershed will be undertaken with the goal to identify potential storm water management improvements and reduce localized flooding during severe weather. The consultant will utilize study data to develop concepts and cost analyses for multiple mitigation options, obtain public comments, and work with City officials to select at least one mitigation for full design and construction. The flood study project shall culminate with the production of an Engineering Report that complies with the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation's (EFC's) requirements for an eligible infrastructure project. The completed Engineering Report will position the City of Yonkers to apply for additional program funding for construction of the chosen improvement(s).
